Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the prospect demo and trial process in collaboration with sales, ensuring prospects reach clear success criteria and understand platform value.
- Strategically craft effective value propositions incorporating prospect KPIs to advance the buying process and ask relevant probing questions to validate business issues.
- Lead the scoping, qualification, and estimation of API opportunities with Engineering and Sales, and contribute to proactive commercial initiatives with Marketing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success on active deals to support prospects and clients throughout the buying process and beyond.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing to identify custom collateral that strengthens the sales process and improves conversion rates.
- Work with Product and Engineering to channel customer feedback into roadmap decisions and surface technical insights that improve the platform.
Qualifications & Capabilities:
- Requires 2–4 years in a client-facing role at a SaaS, media analytics, or data vendor, ideally supporting media companies or brands in a complex B2B sales environment.
- Must have a strong understanding of the social video ecosystem and how platforms like YouTube and TikTok drive business outcomes for media companies.
- Should be a strategic communicator with client presence, able to think on your feet, adapt in conversations, and translate prospect needs into platform use cases.
- Business fluency in English and Spanish is preferred; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus, and you must be EMEA-based with comfort working across global time zones.
