Job Description
As a Director, you will lead a team of Change Advisors and be accountable for the Bankβs Change Management Program. This will enable USAA to effectively mitigate risks related to change and to achieve its strategic objectives through effective collaboration and the consistent application of change management methodology, expertise and experience. The role involves leading a cross-functional team, monitoring program adherence, developing change strategies, and ensuring the sustainability of the change management program.
You will develop and integrate Change Strategy and reporting for a portfolio of change. You will drive the team to evaluate, refine and implement change management strategies, tools, and processes to improve user experience and proficiency to minimize risk when introducing change. You will also ensure suitability and sustainability of the change management program through monitoring, assessment, feedback routines, and appropriate plans of action.
