Job Description
As a Construction Administrative & Project Support Virtual Assistant:
- Triage inbox daily; label, sort, and categorize messages by project.
- Track all incoming bids; log due dates, update bid pipeline, and maintain organized records.
- Set up new jobs, including project data, client/GC info, and milestone dates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining submittal logs and cross-checking specs for discrepancies.
- Entering POs or bill details into spreadsheets or internal tracking systems.
- Researching and coordinating travel arrangements.
You will also:
- Maintain a project paperwork checklist.
- Upload documentation to GC portals.
- Send final invoices and documentation to ensure jobs are closed out.
