Responsibilities:
- Owns development and execution of tech adoption strategies and best practices for Distribution sales teams.
- Aligns tech adoption strategies with sales leadership and manages wholesaler tech adoption maturity progress.
- Stays apprised of sales tech evolutions like CRM and AI, and facilitates UAT for new enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and 5-10 years in sales technology training.
- Preferable 3-5 years in Financial Services industry and 3+ years utilizing CRMs like Dynamics 365.
- Needs strong interpersonal, communication, presentation skills and functional fluency with AI tools.
