  • Owns development and execution of tech adoption strategies and best practices for Distribution sales teams.
  • Aligns tech adoption strategies with sales leadership and manages wholesaler tech adoption maturity progress.
  • Stays apprised of sales tech evolutions like CRM and AI, and facilitates UAT for new enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and 5-10 years in sales technology training.
  • Preferable 3-5 years in Financial Services industry and 3+ years utilizing CRMs like Dynamics 365.
  • Needs strong interpersonal, communication, presentation skills and functional fluency with AI tools.
