Job Description
Culligan Quench is looking for a Field Service Dispatcher with hands-on experience in routing or dispatching for technician installations, service breakdowns, or maintenance work. This role plays a key part in coordinating technician schedules and ensuring that service-level agreements (SLAs) are met. As the bridge between customers and field teams, the dispatcher balances technician availability with customer needs, optimizing routes, and making real-time decisions to keep service operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include coordinating technician dispatching and routing for installations, service calls, and repairs, communicating directly with customers to confirm appointment details and scheduling updates, and collaborating daily across teams to ensure customer needs are met. The dispatcher will monitor service queues and field activity to meet or exceed SLAs, troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, escalate service issues when needed, and accurately document all updates and communications in service systems.
