Workday Financial Analyst

About the Role:

• This role serves as a key subject matter expert supporting Workday Financials across finance and accounting functions.
• You'll translate complex business requirements into practical Workday solutions while supporting production, implementations, and upgrades.
• The position combines functional expertise, financial systems knowledge, reporting, and hands-on problem solving.

Key Accountabilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert across Workday Financials modules including Financial Accounting, Prism, and Accounting Center.
• Resolve production issues, contribute to process redesign, and support month-end close activities.
• Develop Prism datasets, data sources, and dashboards to deliver actionable financial insights.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with Workday Finance in implementation or support roles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Prism and/or Accounting Center.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with strong knowledge of financial accounting processes.
