Job Description
The Performance Monitoring Analyst will monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics. They will develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, sign-ups, cards issued/activated). The analyst will identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in sales performance and collaborate with Group Agent Support Manager, Sales Managers and Jnr Agent Support Managers to provide actionable insights. They will support forecasting and target-setting processes with historical data analysis ensuring data accuracy and integrity across CRM and reporting tools. Further, they will also assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives and provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested by leadership. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a performance analysis, sales operations, or business intelligence role and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
