About the Role:
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust quality assurance process.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining a comprehensive Services Event quality assurance strategy
- Manage the end-to-end mobile app submission process
- Execute test plans and test cases to identify defects and ensure event implementation meets quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High level of comfort with technology and a strong desire to learn the intricacies of mobile app ecosystems
- Proven ability to follow complex, step-by-step technical processes and checklists
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
