Campaign Delivery & Coordination:
- Build, launch, and run full-funnel ABM campaigns across email, outbound, and sales-assist channels, owning outcomes.
- Run standups/syncs with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Ops to ensure teams have clarity on deliverables.
- QA every touchpoint to ensure SDRs and AEs have sequences and collateral before campaigns go live.
Performance & Optimization:
- Own outcomes from all campaigns and run A/B tests on copy, creatives, and cadences.
- Monitor performance daily and make real-time adjustments to ensure campaigns are not on autopilot.
- Report weekly on pipeline influence, engagement rate, conversion, and CAC to derive insights.
Playbook Documentation:
- Turn every launched campaign into a repeatable playbook detailing audience, channels, assets, and timelines.
- Ensure playbooks exist for each campaign type once successful to enable faster future launches.
Success Metrics:
- Every campaign launches on the committed date with all dependencies closed.
- Teams stay in sync with no missed handoffs; blockers are surfaced and resolved within 24 hours.
- Measurable increase in pipeline influence and engagement-to-conversion rates.
