Revenue Management Specialist (MSSP Portfolio Management)

The Revenue Management Specialist (MSSP Portfolio Management) plays a critical role in supporting Aledade's Aligning Business and Clinical Operational TINs (ABCOT) initiative and Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) Accountable Care Organization (ACO) portfolio composition. This position serves as a key liaison across multiple departments, collaborating closely with the Field Team, Performance Operations, Growth, and Impact Analytics teams to optimize revenue management strategies and ensure effective portfolio management. The Specialist is responsible for analyzing MSSP data to identify candidates for ABCOT, supporting strategic decision-making processes, and contributing to the overall success of Aledade's value-based care initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration abilities, and a deep understanding of healthcare revenue management within the Medicare Shared Savings Program framework. Candidates should be comfortable working remotely/work from home anywhere within the US. The specialist will identify, track, and mitigate risks associated with non-primary care services, manage ABCOT and ACO composition projects, and support the Senior Manager, Revenue Management, by delivering analytics and visual materials.
