- Lead new hire cohorts through rigorous certification processes to meet high standards for representing the brand.
Operational Excellence & Tooling:
- Leverage tools like Gong, Vivun, Tableau, and Lattice to identify performance gaps and measure enablement program ROI.
- Operationalize the 'Opportunity Gap' process to ensure SEs provide high-quality feedback to R&D for future roadmap shaping.
