We are looking for a Senior Backend Java Developer with strong execution capability, autonomy, and technical maturity to evolve a cloud-based microservices ecosystem in a financial context.
You will be responsible for turning business requirements and technical directions into robust, scalable, and sustainable backend solutions.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and evolve complex backend solutions in production microservices with autonomy.
Participate in the full development cycle, from technical refinement to deployment, and collaborate with architects, POs, and frontend teams.
Investigate production problems, conduct troubleshooting, identify root causes, and propose architectural improvements.

Requirements:

Solid experience with Java 8+ and Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and synchronous/asynchronous integrations.
Knowledge of clean architecture, DDD, SOLID, distributed systems, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (preferably GKE), CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability tools.
