Role Overview:
- Develop end-to-end structured cabling designs for new-build, expansion, retrofit, and capacity-add data center projects.
- Design fiber-optic and copper cabling infrastructure supporting networking, compute, storage, management, security, and building systems.
- Produce single-line diagrams, cabling schematics, rack elevations, patching diagrams, pathway layouts, fiber routing plans, and connectivity schedules.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in structured cabling, telecommunications, or data center infrastructure.
- Demonstrated expertise in fiber-optic infrastructure and high-density connectivity.
- Knowledge of TIA, BICSI, IEEE, NEC/NFPA, and ISO/IEC standards.
