The Role:
- Own repair performance for a portfolio and serve as the construction SME for repairs.
- Deliver on cost, quality, and schedule KPIs with an owner mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Pressure-test scopes, negotiate pricing, enforce NTE limits, and make field decisions.
- Lead emergency repairs, insurance claims, and vendor accountability to completion.
Qualities:
- Hands-on residential construction knowledge and vendor negotiation experience.
- Decisive, accountable, and comfortable with remote/offshore partners.
