This role involves building and leading the accounting function by owning core processes, designing scalable accounting policies, and leading the transition from outsourced accounting to in-house. It requires leading an ERP selection and implementation to establish an audit-ready financial infrastructure. The role includes owning technical accounting, ensuring GAAP compliance, and preparing for external audits. You will partner across the business, collaborating with BizOps and Data to connect financial reporting to operational metrics. You will also hire and mentor a small team.
