Commercial Insurance Team Lead - Medical Malpractice

About the Role:

• We're looking for a Team Lead, New Business - Medical Malpractice to join our growing commercial brokerage team.
• Reporting to the Practice Leader, you'll expand revenue, drive conversion rates, and scale the team without compromising quality.

What You'll Do:

• Champion and lead brokers supporting the MedMal vertical, covering Beauty & Wellness, Healthcare, Sports & Fitness, and Pet Services.
• Act as a player/coach, mentoring brokers while working directly with prospects and underwriters to close complex deals.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of commercial insurance experience, with MedMal or Professional Liability strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience managing sales or service professionals, plus a valid broker's license.
