Home & Auto Insurance Advisor

What you'll be doing:

• Educate customers on Home & Auto insurance options using PolicyMe's digital platform and your product expertise.
• Manage a high-volume inbound pipeline of leads, moving them efficiently through the sales funnel and closing policies via phone, SMS, and email.
• Use HubSpot to track all touchpoints and refine sales scripts, workflows, and follow-up sequences.

What we are looking for:

• A licensed P&C advisor in Ontario with RIBO Level 1 or higher and 3+ years of personal lines sales experience.
• A builder mentality with a track record of exceeding sales targets and improving sales processes.
• Strong CRM skills (HubSpot preferred) and a consultative, customer-first approach.
