About the Role:
- Be a trusted advisor delivering high-quality service to policyholders through phone, email, and SMS.
- Manage renewals, prevent cancellations, and identify growth opportunities through cross-selling.
Who You Are:
- You hold a P&C or Personal Lines license in at least 10 states and have 2-3 years of personal lines experience.
- You are an exceptional communicator, tech-forward, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
