Remote Inside Sales Associate (Insurance Tech Startup)

Responsibilities:

• Take great care of our customers by catching issues they didn't know to ask about.
• Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for insurance and handle policy changes.
• Process service requests and problem solve to remove barriers to coverage.

Who You Are:

• You have prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality (a plus, but not required).
• You have a genuinely friendly and positive attitude and a willingness to work as a team.
• You possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Compensation and Perks:

• Hourly wage of $19.00 - $21.00 plus uncapped commissions.
