Insurance Sales & Service Associate

Responsibilities:

• Take great care of customers by catching gaps, discounts, and renewal spikes they didn't know about.
• Answer inbound calls and process service requests for auto, home, and other policies.
• Problem-solve to remove barriers and improve the product by sharing customer feedback.

Who you are:

• Friendly and positive attitude with a willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus but not required.

Compensation and perks:

• Hourly wage of $19.00 - $21.00 plus uncapped commissions.
