Remote Inbound Sales Agent

Responsibilities:

• Go through paid training and insurance licensing to legally sell insurance.
• Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process with no cold-calling.
• Help customers compare 55+ insurance companies to find the best fit for their budget.
• Listen to concerns and solve problems to make customers feel confident in their choice.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay between $19.00 - $21.00 per hour plus uncapped commission, with successful team members typically earning $100,000-$150,000+ per year.
• We pay for your insurance license training and exam, completed in your first two weeks.
• Work 100% remotely with all equipment provided, and choose between five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days.

Requirements:

• Must pass insurance licensing exam to legally sell insurance.
• Experience in top-tier retail/service backgrounds like Apple Store, Chick-Fil-A, Trader Joe’s, or Costco.
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a remote, fast-paced tech environment.
• Reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
