Remote Sales Representative

About the Role:

• You will take inbound calls from prospective customers looking for personal line insurance policies.
• Your goal is to educate customers on coverage and pricing, prepare quotes, and bind policies.
• You will need to multitask, problem solve, and provide high-energy conversations to match customers with the right coverage.

Who You Are:

• You have 2+ years of experience as a top-performing sales agent.
• You are passionate about helping others and can manage multiple competing priorities.
• You are comfortable working remotely and engaging customers through phone conversations.

Compensation and Perks:

• Hourly wage of $19.00-$21.00 plus uncapped commissions, with on target earnings of $100,000-$150,000+.
• We will pay for your P&C license, provide work equipment, and offer ongoing training.
