Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with prospects on insurance needs.
• Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach and represent Liberty Mutual brand.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, analytical and organizational abilities.
• PC proficiency and ability to obtain Property & Casualty license.
