Remote Inbound Sales Agent

Role Overview:

• You will welcome inbound shoppers from the Jerry app, providing consultative sales with warmth and expertise.
• You will educate customers on insurance options across 55+ carriers, simplifying complex details.
• You will guide customers to select the best policy and finalize their purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers who started their search in the app, building trust and engagement over the phone.
• Uncover policy nuances, hidden discounts, and coverage gaps to ensure optimal protection.
• Listen to hesitations, resolve concerns with patience, and make insurance purchasing simple.
