The Opportunity:
- Manage car ownership through one app (insurance, refinancing, safety, repairs)
- Serve over 5M customers with 55+ insurance carrier partners
- Handle ongoing policy changes to retain customers
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
- Process service requests like adding/removing vehicles and drivers
- Help customers with policy questions and changes
Who You Are:
- Able to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Passionate about helping others
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
Compensation and Perks:
- Hourly wage of $19.00 - $21.00
