Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate insurance quotes by applying underwriting rules and rating guidelines.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, payments, and resolve customer inquiries.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and assist with membership and insurance applications.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent and current P&C Insurance license required.
• Experience in customer-focused service and navigating multiple systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and rotating Saturday coverage.
