The Small Business E&S Production Unit Manager will lead our Small Business Underwriting team in the Midwest Region to meet production and underwriting, profit and loss goals. This individual will also coach and mentor their team in sales related, retail agency management in order to seek out and secure opportunities that drive surplus lines insurance products. The preferred location for this role is Westchester, OH though it can be located from remote in NE, NM, MO, TX, LA, OK, AR or KS for a highly qualified candidate.
