Accounting Manager, CPG

About the Role:

• Manage the month-end close process and work as a consultant with FinanceWithin clients.
• Assemble monthly financial packets and present financial statements to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end closing and all key accounting-related activities for clients.
• Manage inventory, bank reconciliations, AR/AP, payroll, and cash flow projections.
• Prepare financial packages, including margin recognition and transaction reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in full cycle accounting and 2+ years in a multi-client or consulting role.
• Advanced proficiency in QBO and Xero, with strong Excel and business acumen.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and team-centric skills.
