Job Description
How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:
- Manage and optimize Salesforce objects and workflows to support sales operations.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records across the entire sales funnel.
- Develop standardized reports, track KPIs, and support forecasting efforts.
Customer Engagement & Early-Stage Sales Support:
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads and new customer inquiries.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify leads and understand potential use cases.
- Coordinate follow-up actions with account executives and technical teams.
Proposal & Document Development:
- Draft, edit, and assemble commercial proposals, SOWs, quotes, and customer presentation materials.
- Maintain a library of approved proposal content, technical descriptions, and pricing templates.
