- Serve as the primary client contact, leading discovery workshops, configuration reviews, and readiness checkpoints while communicating effectively to both business and technical stakeholders.
Skills & Expertise:
- Possess 5+ years in client-facing implementation or project management within fintech or banking technology, with domain knowledge of lending/deposit products and their supporting systems.
- Demonstrate technical comfort with APIs and file-based integrations, along with proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet for project tracking and documentation.
