Head of DevOps

Leadership and Strategy:

• Lead and guide a team of up to 10 DevOps Engineers, providing technical and managerial support.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive DevOps strategy aligned with company objectives for efficient software delivery.
• Act as a strategist for the team, ensuring alignment with company-wide technology goals.

Infrastructure and Optimization:

• Oversee the management of cloud infrastructure, focusing on scalability, availability, and cost-efficiency.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance, implementing solutions to enhance system reliability and scalability.
• Manage the budget for DevOps infrastructure and tools, optimizing costs while maintaining quality.

Collaboration and Standards:

• Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of DevOps processes and configurations.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors.
