The Collections Specialist plays a critical role in recovering outstanding payments and maintaining financial health. Responsibilities include: Increasing Collections: Focus on boosting the collection of outstanding payments within the personal finance department. Identifying Overdue Accounts: Pinpointing accounts with overdue payments and creating strategies to bring loans up to date. Meeting Goals: Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets in line with company metrics. Making Outbound/Inbound calls to clients. Maintaining compliance with company collections policies.
