Senior Software Developer

The Senior Software Developer will expertly code, debug, and document software to meet business requirements and technical specifications. They will adhere to standards and best practices for SDLC-related tasks associated with the design and development of new application systems and the implementation of major projects. This role involves defining and enforcing controls for financially significant systems, analyzing and designing system security, and implementing performance enhancements and conversion procedures. The Senior Software Developer will also troubleshoot and resolve application issues, provide after-hours support as needed, and mentor other members of the application development staff. They will design and develop new and existing systems with an emphasis on minimized maintenance requirements, and collaborate with analysts and developers to design systems and obtain information on project limitations, capabilities, and interfaces. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience as a Software Developer, including basic skills in Information Technology. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
