Job Description

Provide in-depth support and solutions to BHG customers. Communicate with customers through various channels and become a subject matter expert on BHG solutions & products. Enter records of customer calls, interactions and inquires via a CRM system. Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders and communicate with internal departments as needed.
