About this Role:
- As a therapist at Steadfast Health, you will inspire hope and transformation by helping patients set meaningful recovery goals with unwavering support.
- You will work collaboratively with a fully integrated care team including Advanced Practice Providers and Peer Recovery Specialists.
- Balanced caseloads and weekly supervision ensure your wellbeing and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or LCMHC in Tennessee with at least 2 years of SUD therapy experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IOP, PHP, or similar setting; certification in addiction counseling is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of SUD diagnoses, medications, and treatment modalities.
Time Commitment & Compensation:
- Part-time role, 15–25 hours per week, primarily weekday afternoons and evenings, with potential weekend opportunity.
- Pay range: $33–$38 per hour as a W2 employee.
- Remote position based in Nashville, Tennessee.
