Case Management:
- Track each case from sign-up through litigation to resolution, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
- Handle the organization and preparation of legal documents, ensuring everything is filed accurately.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries with professionalism.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in personal injury law, including both pre-litigation and litigation phases.
- Strong task management skills with extreme attention to detail is critical, missed tasks or lack of follow-through will not be successful in this role.
- Comfortable and experienced working in a remote setting, self-motivated and disciplined.
