Commercial Operations Coordinator

Role Responsibilities:

• Coordinate scheduling for the commercial team across health system executives and internal leadership.
• Manage industry event logistics from registration and travel to booth setup and post-event follow-up.
• Maintain CRM data quality to ensure accurate records and pipeline hygiene.
• Prepare briefing documents, agendas, and commercial materials for prospect meetings.

Candidate Profile:

• Possess 1-3 years in operations, coordination, or administration, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Are exceptionally organized and reliable with clear professional communication skills.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and business software, taking initiative without needing direction.
• Excited to learn about enterprise partnerships in high-growth healthcare AI and build a career in commercial operations.

Additional Details:

• Willingness to travel domestically to support events and conferences as required.
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required; learning fast and operating independently in complex environments is valued.
