About the Role:
- Manage a pipeline of deals across the United States and update closing checklists and trackers.
- Prepare documents and coordinate the execution of closing packages.
- Conduct due diligence including reviewing leases, title commitments, site inspections, plats, and surveys.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal, including at mid to large-sized law firm.
- Bachelor's degree required; experience with solar/wind ground leases or wireless leases is a plus.
- Fluent with Office, SharePoint, Salesforce, GIS, and deed plotting software.
Additional Details:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.
- The role is fully remote, working from your home office.
- Salary range is $85,000 - $90,000 per year.
