Key Responsibilities:

Manage translation and editing workflows, allocating work to translators and editors.
Quality check BSL translations, subtitles, and visual alignment to ensure client expectations are met.
Prepare client quotes, conduct meetings, and maintain records in line with ISO requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Requires a degree in Translation or related field with 2+ years experience, or 5+ years of full-time BSL translation experience without a degree.
Strong coordination, attention to detail, and skills in subtitling, editing, and BSL visual alignment.
Excellent organization, communication, and time-management abilities, with video editing experience being preferable.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary range is £26,000 to £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
