- The relationship as the primary contact for all client communications.
- The account narrative, turning campaign results into actionable stories.
What Success Looks Like:
- At 6 months: clients treat you as their go-to, account story is sharp, delivery commitments hold, and expansion opportunities are spotted.
- From there, path to Senior Client Solutions Manager for those who prove they can grow what they hold.
