Director of Product

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers and Designers. Run regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and individual growth plans. Build a strong, feedback-driven culture within the product org. You will oversee product delivery across multiple pods, ensuring alignment and velocity. You will own OKR development and backlog prioritization. You will improve delivery processes using modern industry standards. Partner with the VP of Product to translate company strategy into product goals. You will act as a connector between Engineering, CX, Offers, Closings, and other departments. Maintain strong communication loops to ensure clarity and feedback from all sides. You will participate in partnership meetings and shape strategy for partnership product initiatives. You will also develop systems for cross-functional planning and communication.
