Job Description
The Sales Training Manager, Oncology is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual who is responsible for the day-to-day execution of tasks and processes related to training. This includes developing the market landscape and product knowledge, messaging, selling skills, and territory management expertise of new sales hires, existing Oncology Sales Specialists and Senior Oncology Sales Specialists. The Sales Training Manager, Oncology helps identify training gaps, collaborates on solutions, and ensures alignment of goals between field teams, management, and leadership. This individual also has dotted line oversight of Field Sales Trainers (FSTs), coordinating consistent in-territory support for new hires. Working closely with the Director of Sales Training, Oncology, this position ensures consistency of messaging across departments, supports management’s OKRs, and helps establish accountability and drive performance for the sales team. This role enhances the effectiveness of the sales organization by equipping team members with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to excel. Through consistent coaching, training, and collaboration with FST’s and leadership, the Sales Training Manager, Oncology drives accountability, strengthens sales execution, and contributes to the company’s overall growth. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role reporting directly to the Director of Sales Training, Oncology.
