Role Impact:
- Own end-to-end execution across email, mobile messaging, and in-app, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance.
- Identify and implement AI and automation tools to reduce manual effort, serving as the team's internal expert.
- Partner with Product and Engineering pods to streamline CRM execution and reduce workflow friction.
Technical & Strategic Ownership:
- Lead technical discovery and shaping for complex lifecycle use cases, designing scalable journeys and audience logic.
- Evaluate CRM platform capabilities to recommend the right technical approach, documenting requirements and tradeoffs.
- Translate ambiguous product marketing problems into clear lifecycle strategies, audience frameworks, and messaging.
Collaboration & Optimization:
- Work closely with Lifecycle Strategy, Product Marketing, Analytics, Creative, and Engineering partners.
- Support testing and experimentation to continuously evolve CRM strategies and improve lifecycle outcomes.
- Maintain high standards for QA and documentation, identifying opportunities to improve processes and tooling.
