Job Description

This role blends strategic HR operations with technical innovation, focusing on system optimization, automation, and continuous improvement across the HR function. The ideal candidate is a tech-forward HR professional who’s as comfortable troubleshooting HR processes as they are handling complex employee relations issues. You’ll lead efforts to streamline HR workflows, leverage automation tools (including AI-driven solutions such as custom GPTs), and ensure compliance with employment laws—especially in California, where most of our clinical operations are based. Responsibilities include serving as the primary administrator for Paylocity, managing workflows, permissions, reporting, and integrations. You will evaluate and implement automation solutions to improve HR efficiency, develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to track KPIs, and partner with IT and vendors to ensure HR systems are secure and compliant. You will also oversee core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, leaves of absence, and performance management. You will conduct and support employee relations investigations, develop and standardize HR policies, and provide guidance and training to HR team members and managers.
