Senior Technical Program Manager

The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead complex, high-visibility initiatives across engineering, product, design and operations, driving program execution that enhances platform performance, member experience, and population health outcomes. Foodsmart is looking for a strategic, detail-oriented TPM with strong technical fluency and a proven ability to lead cross-functional programs from planning through delivery. You will: Drive cross-functional technical programs from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with Foodsmart’s strategic goals. Collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, and operational teams to define scope, set timelines, and track progress. Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks across multiple workstreams. Communicate program status, milestones, and issues clearly to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Champion process improvement by refining and scaling program management practices across the tech organization.
