About the Role:
- Hands-on, customer-facing SAP FICO support role in AMS practice.
- Supports BAU and day-to-day operations, not project work.
Your Tasks:
- Resolve SAP Finance incidents and service requests within SLAs.
- Perform configuration, testing, and documentation for Finance solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams and customers.
Your Experience:
- Strong SAP Finance functional knowledge in S/4HANA or ECC.
- Experience in AMS or managed services support.
