Medical Director

As the Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing guidance around the clinical aspects of the program and is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of quality improvement initiatives for nursing homes, hospitals, and outpatient clinical practices. You must live in Colorado, Idaho, or Iowa. You will support a team of managers and Quality Improvement Advisors (QIAs) to ensure the delivery of effective technical assistance (TA), achievement of project goals, and alignment with clinical guidelines and evidence. You will work collaboratively with leadership teams to build partnerships, enroll providers to participate in initiatives, standardize processes, identify opportunities for improvement, address challenges, and ensure the alignment of interventions with organizational and project-wide goals.
