Principal Field Engineer

About the Role:

• This is a cross-business role covering presales and post-sales across every region and segment.
• You will build demos, workshops, and on-demand training used by the team and customers.
• You will represent Exa at conferences, meetups, and user groups, traveling up to 50%.

In This Role, You Will:

• Create flagship demos, sample apps, and cookbooks that show Exa on real problems.
• Design and deliver workshops and hands-on labs for prospects and developer communities.
• Become the subject-matter expert on Exa's products, search quality, and agent use cases.

Requirements:

• Several years of hands-on programming and building polished demos from scratch.
• 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role like solutions architect or developer advocate.
• Strong communication skills and a track record of teaching technical audiences.
