Job Description
Partner Onboarding:
- Lead enterprise API partner onboardings from discovery through go-live.
- Act as the integration SME for REST/JSON APIs.
- Drive adoption and growth alongside our Account Owner.
Data Analysis:
- Utilize MySQL and Tableau/Looker to build partner KPIs.
- Create dashboards and ad-hoc analyses.
- Guide decisions based on data-driven insights.
Technical Expertise:
- Manage technical aspects of partner integrations.
- Provide technical support and guidance.
- Ensure seamless integration processes.
