Job Summary:
- Review search abstracts from public real estate records.
- Create various title products based on client, state, and underwriting guidelines.
- Maintain requests for property searches and replacement policies from vendors.
What you will bring:
- 1 to 3 Years of searching & examining experience.
- Experience with Default Products including REO, Deed In Lieu, Foreclosure and Post Foreclosure.
- Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment and Meet Deadlines.
